Job Description
ROLE: Construction Project Manager
HOURS: 37.5 Hours Per Week
LOCATION: Swansea

We're looking for a Construction Project Manager who will lead the full lifecycle of construction and refurbishment projects, delivering high‑quality outcomes for our government clients.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of construction and refurbishment projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring each phase is executed to the highest professional standards. Oversee strict compliance with CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, and health and safety legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, establishing clear communication to maintain quality and ensure timely project delivery. Facilitate regular progress meetings and workshops, resolving issues swiftly and driving collaborative working. Oversee project programmes, budgets, documentation, change control and risk registers to ensure alignment with objectives and client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects. Knowledge of NEC contracts and understanding of CDM Regulations. SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH (or working towards). Construction‑related qualification desirable. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with the ability to achieve SC level security clearance.
