Construction Paralegal (Contentious)

Salary Up To £28,800pa + Benefits

Hybrid Working - 4 Office Days Per Week

Our client, a top UK law firm, is actively recruiting for an ambitious and enthusiastic Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their London office - working as a Paralegal in their Construction Team.

This is a highly regarded team with 40+ -Earners and have acted for extremely important cases in the Construction industry.

As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

Assisting in case management on a -Earning basis Providing clients with progress reports Assisting in instructing technical experts and arranging inspections Assisting with drafting various legal documents Liaising with court, when necessary Identifying and reviewing decisions from the courts of England & Wales Keeping up to date with new legislation Assisting with drafting advice to clients on Construction Disputes

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have/be the following:

Have a completed law degree (or GDL) Have proven Litigation experience as a Paralegal Ideally, have experience (or a keen interest) in Construction Law Be able to attend the London office 4 days a week
