  • Construction disputes to include all forms of dispute resolution; litigation arbitration (including international arbitration) adjudication and ADR.
  • Engaging in business development, networking, and identifying opportunities to contribute to the team’s growth.

To be successful in your application for this position, you will ideally have:

  • 4-8 years' PQE in construction law, with a focus on either non-contentious or contentious construction matters, from a reputable regional, national, or international law firm or industry experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in construction law, with a proven ability to advise on complex matters.
  • Experience in international projects is highly desirable.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in mentoring junior lawyers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • A commercially focused and proactive approach to business development, with the ability to build your own network of contacts.
  • A strong drive to deliver high-quality work and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

The successful Construction Solicitor will enjoy:

  • A highly competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Exposure to high-quality work, including major national and international projects and disputes, with excellent opportunities for career progression.
  • A flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance, including the option to work remotely.
  • The ability to shape your caseload according to your interests, whether in a split role or by focusing exclusively on disputes or non-contentious matters.
