Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer 4+ PQE

Tier 2 Legal 500 Ranked Firm | London | Hybrid Working

MAP Legal are working with a highly regarded Top Tier Legal 500 construction team in London that is looking to welcome an experienced Non-Contentious Senior Associate to its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team known for advising on energy, real estate, transport and commercial and mixed-use developments. The group leverages cross-sector expertise to serve as a key port of call for contractors, developers, and public authorities.

The Role

Advising on a wide range of non-contentious construction matters Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC, bespoke forms) Supporting large-scale infrastructure, commercial, residential and energy projects Collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and the wider commercial teams Opportunity to lead on your own matters depending on experience level

What We're Looking For

4+ PQE with solid non-contentious construction experience Background from a highly ranked or international firm Strong contract drafting skills and commercial awareness A collaborative, proactive individual who enjoys client contact Keen to grow within a supportive, future-facing construction team
