We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking gang of Labourers to join our clients team for a 4-6 week Demolition project in Paulton near Bristol . The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Duties

* Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.

* Carry out manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.

* Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.

* Follow instructions from site supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required.

* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout the project duration.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure personal and team safety on site.

Qualifications

* Previous experience in construction or a related field is essential

* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

* Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is .

* A valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is essential

* Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
