Job Description
A leading local contractor who work on projects throughout the Midlands are currently looking to recruit an experience construction estimator. As Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in securing major projects and driving commercial success. You will:
Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare robust submissions Produce accurate take-offs and BOQs using industry software Obtain and assess competitive subcontractor and supplier quotations Price bills analytically from first principles and evaluate risks and opportunities
Candidates should ideally have a degree or similar qualification and should have experience of working as an estimator on refurbishment and new build construction projects in the UK.
