LAW Absolute is working exclusively with a top-tier international law firm seeking a Senior Construction Disputes Lawyer to join its market-leading contentious construction team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of one of the world’s most respected disputes practices, advising on complex, high-value construction disputes across the UK and international markets. The firm’s client base spans major players in transport, infrastructure, and energy, offering a varied and challenging caseload of litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) work.
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years’ PQE with a focus on contentious construction law Strong experience handling high-value, complex disputes across a range of forums (TCC litigation, international arbitration, adjudication, and mediation) Solid working knowledge of standard form contracts including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC The ability to manage matters independently, while also working collaboratively within a high-performing team
