About the role Reporting to the Board, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects — from feasibility and design to construction, handover and post-completion review — ensuring every development is safe, on time, on budget and aligned with brand standards for leading international hotel partners. Key responsibilities Lead the UK construction strategy, driving delivery of new builds, extensions and refurbishments. Oversee project performance, programme management, risk controls and contractor relationships. Manage CapEx budgets, cost forecasting and commercial reporting. Ensure compliance with building regulations, CDM 2015, and company governance standards. Build, manage and mentor a high-performing construction team.
