If youve managed risk in live digs, navigated structural alterations in tight London sites, and handled architect-led, high-spec residential builds, this is the natural next step. The Role As Contracts Manager, youll oversee several live Super Prime residential projects, providing senior operational leadership on site across: Deep multi-level basements Complex structural works Retained faades High-end refurbishments Design-led new build homes Responsibilities Managing JCT SBC and D&B obligations in practice not theory Acting as a senior point of contact with clients and consultants Protecting commercial position while keeping delivery moving What we are looking for A Senior Project Manager stepping up An experienced Contracts Manager from high-end residential
