Pure Search are instructed by a leading UK law firm who are looking to expand their Contentious Construction team at 4-7PQE.

The Firm: Our client has a long-standing reputation for both Real Estate and Construction, with several of their partners considered some of the leading names in the construction market. The Construction team have worked on some of London's landmark projects including 100 Bishopsgate and Battersea Power Station.

The Role: Joining a well-balanced team, with an even split of partners and associates, you will work across both domestic and international construction, engineering, PFI/PP and major projects including: Disputes concerning contractual interpretation - JCT, NEC, FIDIC; Payment disputes; Delay and extension of time; Defects, professional negligence, termination and insolvency; Strategic advice.
