Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, contracts, and reports
* Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients
* Maintain accurate records of project timelines, budgets, and progress
* Support procurement processes and track material deliveries
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
* Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoice processing
Requirements:
* Proven experience in construction administration or a similar role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
