The ideal candidate needs to have previous Construction experience and previous experience as an Administrator. Job Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for IT systems support via phone, email, or ticketing system Log, prioritise, and track help desk tickets to resolution Support users with construction related systems (project management, document control, timesheets, H&S platforms) Ensure systems are up to date and users follow correct processes Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager: Previous experience working within construction industry Previous experience in a help desk/administration Strong communication skills Competent in CRM Systems - Big Change preferable not essential Pay + Benefits Temp to perm £27k to £28k per year once permanent £12.21 to £13.00 per hour temp How to apply:
