About the Role: In this customer facing role, you will be expected to support the reputation of the West Yorkshire Windows brand and provide our customers with an excellent fitting experience. Key responsibilities include: Conduct accurate window and door surveys, ensuring precise measurements and specifications. Maintain an up-to-date survey calendar and attend all scheduled appointments. Confirm project details with customers, reinforcing confidence in the sale and providing expert advice on solutions. Identify and document any necessary design improvements while maintaining the integrity of the sales process.
