We are a collaborative, forward-thinking group dedicated to managing and shaping how services are accurately recorded and represented across the department. We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to make a meaningful impact in Digital outside of traditional infrastructure roles. In this role, you'll ensure service data is of the highest quality, consistent, reliable and aligned with governance standards. You will support the development and implementation of Service Portfolio Catalogue strategic plans, taking into account the Common Service Data Model within ServiceNow. DWP. Digital with Purpose.
