Responsibilities:
Welcome guests upon arrival
host conferences, including serving of Food and beverage requirements
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including entrances and lobby
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
