You will be at the heart of our sales operation, managing enquiries, identifying client needs, and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings. Your role will ensure that every potential client experiences a high standard of engagement, while accurate and timely information supports seamless handovers to our operations team.We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in events, hospitality, or sales is desirable, and familiarity with event planning tools is a plus.
