As Conference & Banqueting Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering seamless events while leading and supporting the team during service. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a supervisory role within a premium environment.
Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.

£31,117 per annum plus service charge
44 hours per week
29 days holiday (increasing with length of service)

Responsibilities as the Conference & Banqueting Supervisor
Supervising the setup and delivery of conferences, meetings, and events
Leading the team during service to ensure smooth and professional execution
Ensuring all event spaces are prepared to the highest standards
Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to deliver excellent guest experiences
Supporting the training and development of team members
