What You'll Do: Deliver a professional front-of-house concierge service, acting as an ambassador for the brand.

Answer calls, emails, and correspondence politely and efficiently.

Respond to residents' requests, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Support development routines including risk management, contract compliance, and mobilisation tasks.

Maintain safety and security of the building and residents.

Who You Are: Experienced in residential concierge, front-of-house, or similar roles.

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
