At Doctorcall, our mission is to deliver professional care tailored to our patients’ needs – providing swift, reliable, and discreet services whenever and wherever they need us. Our Concierge Membership raises the bar for quality, convenience, and continuity of care.

A key part of this is allocating a named Concierge GP to each family, placing continuity of care at the heart of our approach. This allows us to build lasting relationships with our members, ensuring they receive exceptional support at every stage of their care. By combining outstanding service with advanced medical expertise, our doctors can practice excellent medicine while truly addressing members’ needs.

We believe in giving patients the attention they deserve – that’s why we allow for longer, flexible consultations, focused on understanding the whole picture. Each appointment typically lasts 30 minutes, but we’re not restricted by fixed time slots or limited to “one problem per visit”. Our approach allows our Concierge GPs to rediscover the joy of practicing medicine – building genuine relationships and achieving a healthier work-life balance.

Your Role

As a qualified and GMC-registered general practitioner (GP), you will:

• Manage an exclusive patient list of up to 500 patients, ensuring truly personalised care for every individual.
• Deliver care wherever needed – including home visits and remote consultations, with a focus on long-term continuity and patient wishes.
• Act as a patient advocate, conducting thorough follow-ups and offering holistic support free from time pressures.
• Collaborate in a supportive clinical environment, benefiting from efficient practice management that minimises administrative burdens.

Target Earnings & Flexibility

• Salary: £150,000 per year when managing a full list
• Flexible structure: 5 days a week, with the option to define your hours once you have your full patient list.
• Patient allocation: We prioritise allocating patients near your home, ensuring your visits are manageable and local.

We’re looking for a dedicated, patient-first GP who:

• Has a strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of clinical care.
• Is proactive, taking the lead on follow-ups and preventative care.
• A collaborative team player, focused on shared success and patient outcomes.
• Driven by service excellence, constantly striving to exceed patient expectations.
• Holds a GMC registration and MRCGP.
• Is a licensed driver—home visits are an essential part of this role, and you’ll likely meet a few friendly pets along the way.
