You will lead, inspire and develop your Mamas & Papas concession team of 8 to create magical moments for the new and expectant parents in Ipswich and surrounding areas. Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer experience in a high‑volume retail environment. Lead, motivate and develop a team of 8 store staff. Achieve sales targets and manage inventory, cost control and loss prevention. Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards. Plan and execute marketing initiatives, events and promotions. Report on performance metrics and provide insights to senior management.
