Position: Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS) - ICT Computing Teacher

Location: Bolton Start Date: April 2026 Salary: £162.30 - £223.60 per day (Paid to scale) Employment Type: Full-time, Long-term (with potential extension)

Simply Education is currently working in partnership with a secondary school in Bolton to recruit a Qualified Computing Specialist Teacher for a long-term, full-time role starting April 2026. This position will initially run until the end of the summer term, with the possibility of extension.

Your Role:

· Teach KS3 Computing as your primary responsibility

· Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that support student progress

· Carry out full planning and marking duties

· Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management

· Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners

What We're Looking For:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

· Specialism in Computing (or strong experience teaching Computing)

· Experience working in a UK secondary school

· Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
