Composite Trimmer Location: Bordon, Hampshire Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available) Rate: Up to £22.00 per hour Status: Outside IR35 We are looking for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a busy composites team working across motorsport, aerospace, and other high-performance projects.

This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited overtime available.

Key Responsibilities Trimming, drilling, and finishing of composite components to tight tolerances.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD data, and trimming manuals.

Operating hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision equipment to ensure accuracy.

Carrying out bonding and fitting of inserts and metallic details where required.

Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets strict specifications.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer (motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or similar high-performance industries).

Skilled in the use of trimming and finishing tools for carbon fibre and composite parts.

Ability to work accurately to drawings and technical instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach. xbpsjku

Flexible and proactive with a willingness to work overtime.
