Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available)
Rate: Up to £22.00 per hour
Status: Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Composite Trimmer to join a busy composites team working across motorsport, aerospace, and other high-performance projects. This role offers excellent earning potential with unlimited overtime available.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming, drilling, and finishing of composite components to tight tolerances.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, CAD data, and trimming manuals.
- Operating hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and precision equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Carrying out bonding and fitting of inserts and metallic details where required.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets strict specifications.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer (motorsport, aerospace, automotive, or similar high-performance industries).
- Skilled in the use of trimming and finishing tools for carbon fibre and composite parts.
- Ability to work accurately to drawings and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven approach. xbpsjku
