Typically, this person will manufacture high-quality composite components using a range of advanced techniques, ensuring all products meet strict quality, dimensional, and cosmetic standards within a precision-driven environment.

Duties and responsibilities of the Composite Technician: • Manufacture composite components using hand lay-up, resin infusion, and pre-preg techniques • Prepare plugs and moulds, including lay-up of dry fibre reinforcements, consumables, and vacuum systems • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, laminate schedules, and work instructions • Ensure all components meet quality, dimensional, and cosmetic standards for key customers within Aerospace and Wind Energy sectors • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment • Identify and resolve process or quality issues proactively within ...
