Composite Laminator
Location: Bordon, Hampshire
Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 16:30 (Unlimited Overtime Available)
Rate: Up to £22.00 per hour
Status: Outside IR35
We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join a busy and growing composites team working on a range of exciting projects within motorsport, aerospace, and high-performance industries. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge materials and processes, with excellent earning potential through unlimited overtime.
Key Responsibilities

• Laminating high-quality carbon fibre and composite components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
  
• Preparing moulds, materials, and tooling for production.
  
• Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave operations.
  
• Trimming, bonding, and finishing components to exact specifications.
  
• Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and deadlines.
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Composite Laminator (ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries).
  
• Strong knowledge ofpre-preg laminating techniques.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.
  
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
  
• Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work overtime.
