Job Title: Composite Laminator (Weekends/Nights)
Location: North Buckinghamshire
Rate: £22 - £24 per hour (Outside IR35)
Contract: Ongoing

Overview:

We are supporting a leading composites manufacturer in the North Buckinghamshire region who are looking for experienced Composite Laminators to join their day shift team. You will be producing high-quality composite components for motorsport and advanced engineering projects, working to tight tolerances and high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Hand-lay carbon fibre laminating using pre-preg materials
Working from technical drawings, ply books and work instructions
Preparing moulds, including cleaning, release application and general prep
Bagging and de-bagging components
Trimming, bonding and finishing composite parts
Ensuring components meet quality, dimensional and cosmetic requirements
Supporting production schedules and working effectively within a team environment
Requirements:

Previous experience as a composite laminator (motorsport or high-end composites preferred)
Strong understanding of pre-preg laminating and cleanroom processes
Ability to interpret technical drawings and ply books
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
