This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge materials and processes, with excellent earning potential through unlimited overtime. Key ResponsibilitiesLaminating high-quality carbon fibre and composite components to engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.Preparing moulds, materials, and tooling for production.Carrying out vacuum bagging, debulking, and autoclave operations.Trimming, bonding, and finishing components to exact specifications.Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and deadlines.Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Skills & Experience RequiredPrevious experience as a Composite Laminator (ideally within motorsport, aerospace, or similar high-performance industries).Strong knowledge ofpre-preg laminating techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and lay-up manuals.High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.Flexible and reliable, with the willingness to work overtime.TPBN1_UKTJ
