Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Officer, based in /or close to /or willing to drive to the Marlow Area, United Kingdom, with opportunities for remote work. This position will report to the Group Compliance Manager and in the Legal and Compliance Department.

The Compliance Officer will support the compliance team in ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other international legislation.

Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, supporting AML/KYC requirements, assisting in regulatory filings, conducting compliance checks, committee work, and maintaining accurate compliance frameworks.

The role also involves supporting audits, assisting in drafting policies, and liaising with internal teams to promote compliance across operations.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Based in close proximity to Marlow, UK
• Previous experience in compliance within insurance or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of FCA Regulatory Compliance and applicable laws and guidelines
• Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and GDPR.
• Excellent Communication skills and attention to detail, including report writing and stakeholder interaction
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field preferred
• Compliance-related certification (e.g., ICA) desirable.
