Job Description

Compliance Officer\n 35 hours per week - Flexible working hours\n Hybrid (Nottingham-based)\n\nAre you a compliance professional looking to make a real impact?\n\nWe're looking for a Compliance Officer who cares about doing things properly-not just ticking boxes. In this role, you'll take ownership of compliance, risk, and regulatory activities across a growing, mission-driven organisation.\n\nRegulatory Compliance\n\nEnsure adherence to FCA and PRA requirements\n\nPrepare regulatory reports and monitor updates to relevant rulebooks\n\nRisk Management\n\nMaintain and develop the risk register\n\nMonitor emerging risks and oversee the Business Continuity Plan\n\nPolicies & Procedures\n\nReview, develop, and audit internal compliance frameworks and controls\n\nAML & Financial Crime\n\nLead on AML activities and act as MLRO (if designated)\n\nTraining & Culture\n\nDeliver staff training and promote a strong ethical compliance culture\n\nReporting & Governance\n\nProvide regular compliance updates to senior management\n\nLiaise with auditors and regulatory bodies\n\nAbout You\n\nYou're detail-focused, proactive, and confident working independently.
