Role Summary This position is responsible for conducting and delivering high-quality compliance reviews and independent testing of control frameworks across European business lines within a major financial institution. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on control activities, contributing to control methodology improvements, and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Control Planning Contribute to the development of annual testing plans using risk assessments and incident data. Take ownership of specific testing areas within the broader plan. Control Execution Lead and perform thematic and targeted compliance reviews. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of first-line controls to ensure compliance risks are mitigated. Produce comprehensive reports and maintain documentation of review activities. Collaborate with and support junior team members.
