This is a Full time role (37.5 hours p.w) , that will see you working variable day and night shifts. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Compliance Agent at our Newcastle sites youll be the eyes and ears of the car park keeping a close watch to ensure vehicles follow our terms and conditions, and issuing Parking Charges (PCs) when necessary. Youll make regular patrols, monitor the sites condition, and assist customers when needed. Your key responsibilities will include: Issuing Parking Charges: Conducting accurate checks and issuing enforceable PCs using company equipment. Foot Patrols: Carrying out regular patrols to monitor activity, report hazards, and support compliance. Customer Assistance: Helping customers who are in distress or need guidance. Site Standards: Keeping an eye on car park signage, bay markings, and cleanliness. Security Presence: Being a visible deterrent for anti-social behaviour and reporting any incidents.
