About the Role

The Specialist, EMEA Regulatory Compliance & Credit Collections (Hebrew & English speaker) is a hybrid role spanning regulatory compliance and credit collection support. The role involves ensuring Independent Partners and customers adhere to company policies while minimizing financial risk due to outstanding debts. The ideal candidate will be an empathetic communicator, culturally aware, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving compliance issues and supporting customers in challenging financial situations.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Enforce and monitor compliance with company Rules of Conduct, Compensation Plan, and Partner Agreements.
• Educate Independent Partners on compliance best practices to prevent policy violations.
• Investigate reported breaches and coordinate disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to escalations and inquiries regarding partner conduct from internal departments.
• Represent the compliance team in events and provide training to staff and partners.
• Maintain compliance records and generate reports.
• Assist with GDPR case handling and collaborate with regulators and consumer protection agencies.
• Develop and deliver educational content on compliance matters.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes in the EMEA region.

Credit Collection Support

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls, SMS, and emails regarding overdue payments.
• Create personalized payment plans and discuss options with customers.
• Support customers with sensitivity, maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Log interactions and payment agreements accurately.
• Update financial data and collaborate with the credit department to improve payment outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in compliance, customer service, or call centers.
• Negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
• Active listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for regional events or training.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and customer-centric mindset.
• Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented.
• Understanding of legal compliance in MLM, consumer protection, or financial risk management is a plus.
