We are supporting a regulated insurance businessseeking a Compliance Business Partner to provide practical regulatory advice and help embed compliance frameworks across the organisation. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting stakeholders with regulatory guidance, risk management and governance, while helping to drive strong compliance culture and controls.
Key requirements: Proven experience in a Compliance advisory or business partnering role within Insurance Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management . Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience embedding compliance frameworks within a regulated business environment.
