We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join our Nurseplus branch in Norwich on a timesheet basis. This is a flexible role supporting the branch with compliance and administrative tasks to ensure healthcare staff meet all regulatory and company requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration or compliance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.
The Role
As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the branch by ensuring all candidate and staff files are compliant, up to date, and meet healthcare and company standards before staff are placed into work.
Key Responsibilities
Process and maintain candidate compliance files
Check right to work documents, DBS checks, training certificates, and references
Ensure all staff records are accurate and up to date
Monitor compliance expiry dates and contact staff to update documents
Support the recruitment team with onboarding new candidates
Maintain accurate records and databases
Provide general administrative support to the branch
About You
Previous administration or compliance experience desirable
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Good communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working with databases and Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
