Complex Needs TA - Oldham:

Prospero Teaching are looking for caring and compassionate teaching assistants to join a large SEN provision, supporting children with complex needs. Although experience supporting SEN in a school setting is preferred, any personal or professional experience supporting complex needs is what actually matters to nurture the individuals.

Role Responsibilities:

Assisting with personal care Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, parents and staff Regularly communicating with teaching staff and senior leadership team to monitor progress and development of the pupils Helping to create a welcoming and nurturing learning environmentPosition Details:
