About the Role:

Position: Complex Needs Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM Location: WorthingThis school provides exceptional support for children with ADHD, autism, challenging behaviour, and medical conditions. All pupils have a healthcare plan, with some requiring tube feeding or personal care assistance.

The ideal candidate will have: A resilient and energetic personality to embrace the challenges of this rewarding role. Experience in care or education, supporting individuals with additional needs. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children thrive.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs. Assist with personal care, healthcare needs, and classroom activities. Work closely with teachers and healthcare professionals to support each child's learning and well-being. Manage challenging behaviour with confidence and understanding.Why Join Us?
