Complex Learning Support Assistant - Stroud Full-time (8:30am - 3:30pm) ASAP Start £80 - £105 per day Stroud Are you looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviour? A specialist SEN setting in Stroud is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex additonal needs. This role is a hands on and rewarding role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a real difference in a therapeutic, relationship-focused envrionment. The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Complex Support pupils with challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning Build strong relationships with vulnerable learners Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a specialist setting Why Apply?
