Your key duties will include:\n\n * Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including:\n\n * PEG Feeding and management.\n\n * Tracheostomy Care.\n\n * Ventilator and BiPAP Management.\n\n * Spinal Injury Support.\n\n * Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.\n\n * Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.\n\n * Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.\n\n * Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.\n\nEssential Requirements for this Care Job\n\nTo be successful in this support worker role, you will need:\n\n * A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).\n\n * Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.\n\n * Confidence in using digital care planning systems.\n\n * Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.\n\n * A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.\n\n * Eligibility to work in the UK.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\n\n * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).\n\n * Current First Aid training
