Complex Care Nurse Manager\n Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Benefits\n Location: South London | Hybrid Working\n \n Are you an experienced critical care nurse looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Care Nurse Manager to support adults living with long-term, life-limiting and highly complex health conditions in the community and on offer is a salary of £45,000 with excellent benefits.\n \n This role is ideal for Band 6 ICU, Critical Care, or HDU Nurses, or experienced Band 5 nurses ready to progress into a clinically focused management position.\n\nAbout the Role\n As a Complex Care Nurse Manager, you will deliver hands-on clinical leadership, provide face-to-face support to clients and families, and oversee the quality of care delivered by your care teams. You will design personalised care plans, ensure safe clinical practice, and work collaboratively with CHC teams, commissioners and wider MDT professionals to deliver exceptional community care.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRegistered Adult Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN\nBackground in ICU, Critical Care, HDU or adult complex care\nRecent experience with ventilation and tracheostomy care\nStrong coaching and leadership skills\nExcellent communication and clinical documentation abilities\nSuitable for Band 6 or experienced Band 5 nurses with supervisory experience\nFull UK driving licenseKey Responsibilities for Complex Care Nurse Manager\nDevelop, deliver and review bespoke, person-centered care plans\nProvide clinical supervision and competency training to care teams\nMonitor and review clients’ ongoing physical and emotional needs\nDeliver safe and effective clinical interventions, including medication management\nBuild strong relationships with clients and families\nCoordinate care packages in partnership with CHC teams, commissioners and MDT colleaguesBenefits Package\nSalary up to £45,000 per annum (DOE)\nHybrid working: community-based, home-based and office-based\nMonday to Friday, 9am–5pm\n33 days annual leave\nPrivate pension scheme\nAccess to pool car or travel card for community travel\nBusiness mileage at 45p per mile\nExcellent learning & development pathways\nCompany phone and laptop provided\nIf you are a compassionate, clinically confident ICU/Critical Care nurse ready to transition into this Complex Care Nurse Manager role in the community, we would love to hear from you.\n \n Please click APPLY or call LEWIS on (phone number removed).\n\nLICLA
