Six Nations Rugby is the official organising body of the annual men’s, women’s and U20s Six Nations Championships and the Autumn International Series. Working in partnership with its member unions and federations in England (RFU), France (FFR), Ireland (IRFU), Italy (FIR), Scotland (SRU) and Wales (WRU), Six Nations Rugby has responsibility for the commercialisation of centralised commercial rights, and the promotion and operation of the renowned Six Nations Championships and Autumn Nations Series. The Six Nations Championship is the oldest international rugby tournament in the world, dating back to its original incarnation in 1883 and expanding to its current format of six teams in 2000. It consists of three highly competitive annual tournaments across men’s, women’s and U20s rugby. The media rights and certain commercial rights of the Autumn Internationals have recently been centralised, with Six Nations Rugby now supporting the growth and development of these matches for all six unions. About the role This role is essential to supporting all aspects of the Competitions and Events Team at Six Nations. As a Competitions & Events Executive, you will:
Assist with the facilitation of the delivery of competitions, events, and the associated areas such as discipline, betting & integrity, anti-doping programmes and all related protocols Where required, to work in close collaboration across all six unions, federations (both international and domestic Leagues) World Rugby and external partners and regulators Fully cognisant of all commercial obligations, in and around the competitions and events programme, including but not limited to title sponsorship and broadcast requirements Note taking and distribution for all Operational calls Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of the Rugby Department meetings In accordance with Six Nations obligations, to assist with the organisation and coordination of all Presentation Ceremonies Support in the scheduling of disciplinary proceeding during the Championship window Collate and distribute confidential papers for the Disciplinary Lead Create and implement administration systems that support all processes required by the department To provide assistance in creating templates and documentations which supports the processes and deliverables of the Rugby department Manage and organise the SharePoint systems and provide access to stakeholders when necessary Prepare Match Manager packs and briefing documents for circulation for each of Six Nations competitions To be the point of contact for the Rugby Department with Broadcasters and Commercial partners Manage all Accreditation requests external & internal for all Six Nations competitions.

The candidate we are looking for can demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational and proved scheduling experience A high level of attention to detail Advanced level MS Office skills across all packagesAn understanding of Adobe An understanding of sport/rugby not required but would be beneficial French and/or Italian would be very beneficial but not essential
