Flint Global, and the Competition, Regulation and Economics (CR&E) Team Are you a creative thinker who wants to apply the core rules of economics and regulation to challenging and interesting problems? Flint Global is looking for new people at a range of seniorities in our Competition, Regulation and Economics practice (CR&E) and we are open for applications from candidates with anywhere between 1 and 10 years’ work experience for consultant, senior consultant, manager or associate director roles. We may also consider strong candidates without significant work experience who have recently completed a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline. We are looking for people with a wide range of experience, from running economic analysis projects to undertaking policy work through an economic lens. This might include work in a regulator, competition authority, in government, at an economic consulting firm, or elsewhere. CR&E team members use their experience of economics, regulation, competition policy and broader public policy to help our clients manage their most pressing and strategically important problems. We understand the importance of the economic context – but we also understand that that is usually only part of the ‘answer’ – we provide strategic advice that considers all angles. major transactionsregulatory or competition investigationsregulatory policy and legislation e.g. in respect of new infrastructure buildregulatory engagement strategystrategic and organisational decisionspublic policy issues where the economics mattersregulatory finance Flint and CR&E in particular has significantly grown in recent years and is looking to expand further over the coming 2-3 years, having recently secured external investment. We increasingly serve clients in the EU, MENA and APAC – and will be expanding further. UK experience is not essential and we actively welcome candidates with experience in these other jurisdictions.
