The team has secured billions for global clients - recent highlights include major disputes in digital markets and AI.An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate to join the London Competition & Antitrust team. You will work closely with partners and international colleagues on multi-jurisdictional disputes and landmark competition cases, including:Competition damages litigation: follow-on actions, cartel claims, abuse of dominance casesGroup litigation & collective redress: class actions, securities disputes, and omissions litigationHigh-value, cross-border disputes across financial services, technology, logistics, agriculture, and consumer goodsStrategic case development: pleadings, disclosure, evidence gathering, trial preparationDrafting correspondence and submissions under the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) Rules, and other procedural frameworksCollaborating with economists, investigators, and industry expertsWe welcome applications from NQs through to Senior Associates. A background in competition litigation, collective actions, or commercial disputes will be highly regarded, but we also encourage applications from those with broader contentious experience.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Experience in litigation, arbitration, or contentious regulatory disputesFamiliarity with CAT proceedings, CPR, and UK court rulesStrong drafting, research, and analytical skillsYou will join a close-knit, two-partner practice in London with strong ties to the firm's wider international network.
