Venesky-Browns client, a public sector organisation in Livingston, is currently looking to recruit a Community Work Order Supervisor for an initial 3 month contract with potential to extend on a rate of £16.54/hour PAYE working 36 hours per week, Monday 10am-9pm, Tuesday 9:30am - 4:30 pm, Wednesday 9.30am- 9pm, Sunday 9.30am 4:00pm. This role will be based in Livingston.

Must have a PVG in place or be happy to apply for one.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise service users in the performance of specific tasks as required by the conditions of a Court Order. - Organise projects that benefit both individuals and organisations in the community and that encourages service users to realise the value of what they are doing by paying back to their community. - Deal with aspects of service users behaviour as required. - Assist in fulfilling the organisations statutory obligations, outcomes, Standards, Departmental Policies, Practice and Procedures. - Support the concept of Community Payback.

Essential Skills:

- Possession of driving licence. - Experience of working with people. - Good Time Management skills. - Assertiveness skills.

Desirable Skills:
