Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible
Pay: £14.00 £16.00 per hour (depending on experience & shift type)

Were currently recruiting compassionate and reliable Community Support Workers to support individuals in their own homes across Penzance and surrounding areas.
This is a rewarding opportunity to help people maintain their independence while being part of a supportive and professional team.
The Role: Supporting individuals with daily living tasks (personal care, meal prep, medication)

Assisting with community access and social activities

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Building positive relationships with service users and families

Keeping accurate records and following care plans

What Were Looking For: A caring, patient, and reliable nature

Previous care/support experience is desirable (but not essential)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
