We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the Mendip & Yeovil areas.
What Youll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives while promoting dignity, choice, and independence
Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and routines
Helping people build skills for independent living
Encouraging social interaction and taking part in meaningful activities with those you support
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills
Compassionate and calm, even in challenging situations
A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
Able to work independently and follow clear guidance
