Community Staff Nurse - North Cots Locality

This role is offered on a fixed term/secondment basis for 12 months. The hours are part-time, 30 hours per week.

We provide nursing care in patients' homes and offer information and education to patients and carers to enable maximum independence, health, and well-being.

You will need current NMC registration; post-registration experience is helpful but not essential. We offer an excellent preceptorship program for newly qualified nurses.

Our community nursing service covers 8am to 8pm. As a team member, you would work part-time or full-time over a shift system, including early and late shifts across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays. We have a flexible working policy to meet the needs of our staff and service.

We utilize mobile working with laptops and smartphones, allowing real-time access to patient information and documentation, which enhances safety and efficiency.
