As a Safe and Well Coach, youll visit customers in both our refuge and community settings to complete safe and well checks. Youll address issues like anti-social behaviour or security concerns, making sure appropriate solutions are put in place. Youll always keep customer safety at the centre of everything you do, and make sure the right information is shared with the on-call manager where needed.
