About the Role

A n excellent opportunity has opened withinthe communications team for a Community Projects Officer on a 12 month contract
This is an externally facing role that requires excellent communication, networking and project management skills. You’ll work across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders, acting as a key resource to colleagues and partners.
Location: Stanford-Le-Hope
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid Working – Flexible Term Time also considered)
How you will contribute:
- Assist with the school engagement programme at London Gateway
- Contribute to internal communications, social media content and employee engagement initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Support Administration and monitoring different projects
- Conduct regular site visits to funded projects to monitor progress and build relationships
- Support the wider management and administration of the main LGF CIF
What you will bring:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident communicator with excellent writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure
- Analytical thinker with a creative and innovative mindset
- Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and tailoring messages to suit different stakeholders
NOTE: All of our roles are subject to the below:
Eligibility to work in the UK.
A full valid UK driving licence or appropriate international licence allowing you to drive on UK roads.
No unspent criminal convictions.
Due to manufacturing guidelines on equipment and site safety critical health and safety requirements, we have strict weight and medical requirements that need to be met and maintained. For our safety critical roles health and medical and fitness checks are performed. Requirements include, but are not limited to, weight, height, blood pressure and hearing.
We may close our roles early, depending on the number of applications received.
