The Role

Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections Manage a small caseload of 4–5 children per day, enabling personalised care Complete clinical assessments and monitor ongoing care plans Work closely with families, carers, and NHS partners to coordinate care Support children with complex needs within a safe home environmentRequirements

Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN / RCN) with an active NMC PIN Full UK driving licence Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments Phlebotomy skills desirable but not essentialSalary & Benefits

£34,000–£39,000 per annum Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance Monday to Friday working (no nights or weekends) NMC fees paid 33 days annual leave including bank holidays, with option to buy more Pension scheme Mobile phone and tablet providedWhy Apply
