The Role Youll provide specialist peritoneal dialysis care to patients in their homes, playing a key role in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:Delivering Automated and Manual Peritoneal DialysisConnecting and disconnecting dialysis equipment during home visitsCoordinating with hospital renal units and wider MDTsEducating and supporting patients and families in their own environmentThis is a role where you can build genuine relationships and see the long-term impact of your care. What Were Looking For:Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) with active NMC registrationMinimum 2 years post-registration experienceFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelConfident working independently in a community settingPassion for patient-centred, home-based careCommunity experience is welcomed but not essential asfull training is provided.
